Ultimate Best helps all age groups - especially the over 40 crowd. What I teach is practical and results oriented. My program is based on functional training that translates logically from the home or gym to the real world. You will surprise yourself as to what you are truly capable of.
My ultimate goal is to teach you how to work out on your own, independent of a trainer. You will learn how to set up each workout before you walk into the gym, allowing you to totally focus on results. You will be educated as to the “why” behind your training. Knowing both the “why” as well as the “how” is key to maintaining a fitness program for years to come.
