By committing to no more than 2 hours per week, people from 17 to 71 have consistently felt the changes that accompany the Ultimate Best training program.  You will experience positive results within the first 30 days.

Ultimate Best helps all age groups - especially the over 40 crowd. What I teach is practical and results oriented.  My program is based on functional training that translates logically from the gym to the real world.  You will surprise yourself as to what you are truly capable of.

My ultimate goal is to teach you how to work out on your own, independent of a trainer.  You will learn how to set up each workout before you walk into the gym, allowing you to totally focus on results. You will be educated as to the “why” behind your training.  Knowing both the “why” as well as the “how” is key to maintaining a fitness program for years to come.

I look forward to talking with you about how to get back on track.  It will be one of the best decisions you could make, both physically as well as financially.
