1st STEP:  The Fitness Consultation

"Before you lift your first weight or walk your first mile, you must first
understand the reasons behind starting an exercise program.  Knowing the
' Why' is just as important as knowing the 'How'.

I come to you in the convenience of your home or office.  I will sit down with
you, your family, your friends, your co-workers and:

•    Cover the ‘Why’ behind any exercise program, expanding on the 6 Components of physical health

•    Answer those fitness questions that always come up

•    Explain the training, along with demonstrating a starter program for in home workouts

•    Provide you with informative handouts, including one 34 minute CD
The cost for the consultation is a flat rate of $50 ($75 outside Barrow County), whether it is just yourself or 7-8 other people (friends, family, neighbors).  Mileage ($0.50 per mile) will be added if I have to drive more than 5 miles. After the consultation, you will be in a better position to decide if my program is what you have been looking for.  Whether you hire me or not, you will have been given vital information that will definitely help you determine how to start and maintain a fitness regimen.

Please check out my TESTIMONIALS webpage to see what people in your age group have to say about the results they have attained using my training methods.

I look forward to hearing from you so we can get started on taking care of your primary asset…your physical health."
